Jakub Bartoszewicz, who is one of our student, won the Polish Bioinformatics Society Award for the best master thesis in bioinformatics defended in 2015. Title of his thesis is "Optymalizacja nakładek oligonukleotydowych w klonowaniu metodą CPEC i obliczeniach molekularnych". His supervisor was prof. Piotr Formanowicz. The thesis was defended on 30th October 2015. Congratulations!

Our PhD student, Tomasz Żok, has been awarded a Scientific Award for young researchers from Poznan's research units. Tomasz Żok has been rewarded for his outstanding research achievements in the field of structural bioinformatics of RNA molecules. Congratulations Tomek!
