Registration & Payments

All participants must pay conference fee in order to confirm their registration. The deadline for early registration and payment is provided at the conference webpage. Following payment methods are available: credit card & bank transfer. Late payment can be done until June 26th, 2014 (i.e. the first day of the conference). Payment on arrival can only be done in cash.
In case of "conference fee with hotel" option, full payment must be done prior to arrival at the conference, at the latest two weeks after sending the registration form. Afterwards, the hotel booking is cancelled and the registration is kept without accommodation option. Due to the limited number of rooms available at the conference venue, the organizers do not guarantee accommodation in case of late registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. Any delegate not receiving the registration information 14 days after the registration should contact us by email to cbbm2014@cs.put.poznan.pl. Participants are advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference, just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.

Early Bird Rate

In order to qualify for any 'early bird' rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed in the conference webpage.

Substitutions, Cancellations & Complaints

Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Cancellations are liable to the following penalties:

All substitutions and registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the CBBM2014 Office: cbbm2014@cs.put.poznan.pl. Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their substitution / cancellation from CBBM2014 Office. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed. No refunds will be made for No Shows.

In case of any complaints the CBBM2014 Office must be notified in written to the email address: cbbm2014@cs.put.poznan.pl.

Data Protection

In registering for CBBM2014, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Conference including the venues and accommodation providers. CBBM2014 Office may use these details to inform current participants of Conference updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising CBBM2014 Office if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the conference participant list or CBBM's distribution list for future events.

Insurance 
CBBM2014 organizers cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. CBBM2014 Office strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. Therefore, CBBM and local co-organizers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
